TECHNOLOGY
While Water Purification & Recycling system is extremely effective in removing biodegradable food and human waste, it has been designed to address the broad spectrum of unregulated chemical pollution.
At the heart of our waste treatment system are nano-ion filter cartridges and a plasma-based system, which guarantee that you will get clean water again. It is one of the few technologies that effectively fights contaminants such as zinc and other metals that are difficult to recycle.
Each design solution is tailor made for the water purification object with the goal to reach the highest standard of water purification with a set with financial goal as to the customer’s budget. All design will be based on producing a mobile water purification system.
CONFIGURATION
The Container model is an inbuilt system in to a 20 ft. container system. The frame is made of stainless steel in order to withstand vibration and time. All pipes of the stainless steel tube system are welded in order to balance all flow through the system.
The water is pumped into the filtration system from the source by the intake water pump. The customised filter configuration purifies the water within each line. Afterwards, water of drinking quality is being transferred from the output pump to the designated collection point.
The Container model ”2020 A 8 Lines”, for example, is the basic purification filter system for industrial use. The system is built on 8 filter purification lines. Each line has a maximum flow of 50 l/min. Total flow per minute is: 400 l/min or 576 000 l/24 hours. The system can handle 207 360m³ of industrial waste water and recycling of water on a yearly basis.
The actual configuration of the number of filters and its types is determined by the customer's needs.

The Mobile Water Purification & Recycling system is pre-packaged on a 20 ft. container for maximum mobility and rapid response. It is pre-engineered with ‘plug-and-play’ connections for ease of use. The system offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative to fixed plant in a wide range of industrial situations and circumstances.
